Hi,I’ve got carminat tomtom on my Renault Laguna mk3 and I cannot connect via Bluetooth my Samsung galaxy note 9, any help please

Hello Maciej,

make sure to have your Bluetooth on visibility YES so that your car can identify it.

Also you can try to see if your phone or your Carminat TomTom is updated.
