end with “license error” in map update

Espace Rlink2, software release 2.2.19.300,

MM2014 navigation information 9.12.80.689874

I have bought the map update packet to 2020, and go on step by step with the instruction. But at the end of processing “license error” was shown and updating failed. Could someone can tell me why? Thanks.

Hello Airy, the engineer I was in contact told me you need to call the customer service of your country. If you don’t know the number, tell me the country you live in and I’ll give you the information.
