On My Renault website, when I select R-LINK link, I’ve got a “PAGE NOT FOUND” since 3 weeks : unable to update map. I try to contact the Renault Helpdesk but not answer ….

Hello,
If you have got the message “Page not found”, please try the following:
- Clean your cash and try to log in again
- Try another Internet Browser (Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, Mozzila Firefox…)
- Desactivate the AddBlock
- Try to deleate the vehicule from your account, log out, clean your cash, log in again and add the vehicule to your account My Renault.
