R-Link 2 Digital Services Pack and not connecting

Hi guys, so I recently became the owner of a 2018 Renault Megane RS 280 and I love it. It is on a lease, but only problem is that it will not let me connect to digital content. I have updated all systems through the usb and rlink tool as suggested but regardless of what I do, the connect button is still greyed out and cannot be tapped. I have tried everything and have also noticed that the digital services pack in my services info is inactive and ended december 2019. How do I fix this as I am bit frustrated I am not getting full use of my renault Rlink 2. Please help 🙂
