I recently had a new R-Link 2 installed in my vehicle under warranty.
I am now unable to update maps etc as my account has correct VIN number but the old R-Link serial number.
In my account, in the MY GARAGE section, do I delete my vehicle details and start again with the new R-Link serial number or should it automatically update?
I am also unable to Activate Onboard Connectivity – the CONNECT button is greyed out. Any suggestions.
What is your software version? Is Map Updates still valid? is the car imported?
Delete your car in R-Linkstore Garage and log out. Connect your car to the garage and try to connect to R-Linkstore in car.
