R-Link zip file download problem
When I download the R-Link zip file update, I cannot open the contents of the folder as it’s in a 000 format. I downloaded Virtual CD app and it still won’t open it that way. Please help.

Hello James,
you don’t need to open the file in 000 format, you need to put it on a USB stick (make sure it’s empty and formated in FAT32), then you need to plug the USB stick to your vehicle to start the update procedure.
