VIN / MUID association unknown

Recently purchased a 63 plate Renault Clio which has a TomTom R Link system.

When I try and register for the R Link Store, I enter the VIN and Serial number of the R-LINK (MUID) to be told “VIN / MUID association unknown”

Looks like I need to synchronize this by going to “MY Renault account, go to “My Applications and Services” and click on “Manage my products” – but I actually think you do this within the Store. which I can’t access. Until I synchronize…

Any thoughts???
