My ZE Online account has stopped working – it keeps showing a last (home) charge on 8 June 2019, but I’ve charged several times at home since then. Has anyone had a similar problem?

You should now use the MY Renault App to use your Z.E. Connected Services

You can it from the Apple Store or Google Play. You should also create MY Renault account and synchronize your vehicle with VIN and activation code. (The “activation code” can be found in the welcome letter of Z.E. services upon vehicle delivery.)
